Thank you very much for purchasing WareX products , In order to protect your rights and interests, please read the following Warranty Policy carefully.
WareX Technologies guarantees that all WareX manufactured products undergo strenuous quality control testing before delivery. In the event that any product defect (nonconformity) occurred with respect to the product, WareX will provide product repair and replacement service within the warranty period according to this agreement.
Warranty Period:
All products purchased from WareX shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of time from the date of purchasing, This limited warranty is applicable solely to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
This warranty is expressly conditioned upon proper storage, installation, connection, operation and maintenance of products in accordance with their written specifications.

Three-Year (3-yr) Warranty

Warranty Terms
In-warranty service: If the product was serviced or replaced within the original warranty period, WareX will issue service free of charge, or you will receive a replacement of your original product.
Out-of-warranty service: If the product was serviced out of the original warranty period, you will be charged a fee, and the serviced device will have an additional 90 days warranty.
Repair and Replacement Guidelines
Customers with WareX manufactured products are entitled to repairs or replacement of product within the duration of the warranty. Replacement products are guaranteed to have similar or exact specification items and components.
The Warranty is NOT subject to the following conditions(Including but not limited to):
Manufactured products were misused or abused due to non-compliance with the WareX's product manual.
Any damage was caused by Natural Disaster, such as flood, conflagration, earthquake, lightening, typhoon, etc.; Actions of Intent, such as bumping, hammering, etc.; Equipment Malfunction, or other abnormal uses.
Any damage caused by the repair or modification by anyone other than an WareX-authorized personel with an WareX-approved component.
Any damage resulting from physical/electronic/electromagnetic pressure and interference, unstable or misused power supply, lightening and static electricity, flame or other act of God, etc.
Any damage caused by exposure to improper environments for the specified device, such as high temperature, high humidity, etc.
Any damage caused by mishandling during the transportation to WareX for repair.Any damage caused by any research or development usage or professional testing/examination.
WareX does not warrant, and shall not be responsible for any loss of data/software stored or installed in any manufactured products, including returned units.
RMA Policy
When returning product to WareX for any reason, you must first to contact WareX and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from the RMA department.
This can be initiated by emailing sales@warex.cn or by contacting your sales representative for the RMA request form .
The following information is required in order to complete the RMA request:
- Contact name
- Company name
- Address
- Phone number
- Product part number
- Product serial number
A brief description of the problem that is occurring with the product(s) to be returned.
All requests are processed within 48 hours.
Standard Replacement
For customers that agree to return defective product to WareX first, a Standard Replacement option is available.An RMA number must first be issued by an RMA representative. This RMA number will need to be referenced on the outside of the return shipment.
Upon receipt of the defective product, WareX will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product and ship it out in the most expeditious manner possible. Subject to availability, the replacement product will be shipped on the business day following receipt of the defective product.
In the event the product returned to WareX has been Discontinued (i.e the product is no longer being manufactured by WareX but is still under warranty), WareX will, at its discretion, either repair or replace with recertified product.
Once you have obtained an RMA number
After obtaining an RMA number from WareX, you must send the product - freight prepaid - Items must be returned to address provided on RMA. All shipping labels must be clearly marked with RMA number, Please use a shipping company that can demonstrate proof of delivery. WareX does not accept responsibility for any lost shipments unless proof of delivery to WareX is provided.
Please note:
Product shipped to WareX must be properly packaged to prevent loss or damage in transit.
WareX will not accept any product that has been damaged as a result of accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassemble, repair or modification.
