X2 transceiver

WareX 10Gbps X2 Transceiver is a highly integrated,serial optical transponder module for high-speed,10Gbit/s data transmission application,4*3.125Gbps Ethernet Signal Input by XAUI Interface.The 10GBASE-SR Module supports a link length of 26m on standard FDDI grade MMF. Using 2000 MHz*km MMF (OM3), up to 300m link lengths are possible. Using 4700 MHz*km MMF (OM4), up to 400m link lengths are possible. This module is fully compliant to IEEE 802.3ae. standard for Ethernet,making it ideally suited for 10GbE datacom (rack to-rack,client interconnection) applications. Designed for distances of up to 300m, the transponder module comprises a transmitter with a vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL),a receiver with a PIN photodiode,a XAUI-Attachment Interface, an integrated Coder /Decoder and multiplexer / de-multiplexer (SERDES: Serializer/Deserializer).
